QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for “ Project Sales Engineer” with the following qualifications to be assigned to our company operating in Industrial Refrigeration Industry in Pendik.

  • In line with the company's sales and marketing objectives, investigate new markets / customers
  • Conduct and report face-to-face meetings and field prospecting in order to understand and respond to customer requirements and needs. Based on these meetings and discoveries, present proposals and projects to succesfully complete the sales cycles
  • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
  • Manage all technical aspects of tender RFP / RFI responses
  • Join to domestic / international fairs, organizations, exhibitions within the scope of the company
  • Effectively communicate client needs to the related internal departments, such as Quality, R&D teams for future product enhancements and process improvement
  • Offer the solution (project, products and services) needed in accordance with the company's vision, goals and principles
  • Research marketing channels within the scope of its responsibility, follow the competitors and its products, then report accordingly as requested by the management
  • Make suggestions in order to increase sales by supporting his/her manager
  • Manage the customer portfolio by taking an active role in sales activities, discover new customer potential in the regions, manage sub-dealers

Desired Skills and Specializations

  • Graduated from the engineering faculties of universities (Preferably Industry, Machinery, Electric-Electronics, Materials)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in project-based sales to industries
  • Foreign languages;
  • Good command of English, Russian (speaking, understanding, writing)
  • Preferably be intermediate in languages ??valid in other geographies under the responsibility
  • Ability to use MS Office (especially Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook) and AutoCAD program at good / very good levels
  • Knowledge of presentation, sales techniques and customer relationship management
  • Capability of analyzing, result-oriented and proactive
  • Do not have any health problems, can work in heavy industry conditions and have no fear of height
  • Master the planned and scheduled work, do the time management
  • Prone to teamwork
  • Ability to manage the project, team and process
  • Experienced in cost analysis
  • No barrier for domestic and international travels
  • Military service must have completed for male candidates
  • Have Class B driver's license and be an active driver
