POSITION: Executive Asistant / Chairman Of The Board 

 QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Graduate from a related reputable university ( Finance, Economy etc) 
  • Excellent written, verbal English; second language ( Italian) is a plus 
  • Strong time management skills
  •  Min 5 years of experience in a similar position 
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  •  Experience in travel / accommodation arrangements
  •  Ability to deal with senior management 
  • Familiarity with banking business
  •  Able to interact with all levels in the office;
  •  Diligent, patient with good follow up skills 
  • Practical intelligence
  •  Residing in Anatolian Side, 

    JOB DESCRIPTION 
  • Attending to executive meetings as accompany to Chairman Of 
The Board 
  • Complex diary/calendar management for Chairman Of The Board 
  • Book travel, transfers, restaurants and accommodation  
detailed itinerary 
  • Keep back up of expenses and personal financial data of Chairman Of The Board and reporting periodically 
  • Coordinate Chairman Of The Board’s communication with departments - approval flow 
  • Coordinate Chairman Of The Board’s communication with external clients - priority 
  • Arrange meetings for the Chairman Of The Board (internal and 
external) 
  • Conference/ Event organising and planning
  • Filing & archiving for Chairman Of The Board 
  • Search and Print out specific daily news related to FMCG sector 
  • Organize private/personal needs & business for Chairman Of 
The Board 
  • Create, update and manage business cards/contacts database; 
  • Manage of drivers, secretaries and cleaning staff for Chairman Of The Board
