We are currently looking to appoint aHuman Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for our fast- growing company.
The role of the HR Business Partner (HRBP) is to support and drive the alignment of human resource priorities with Torun’s business strategy and culture by delivering comprehensive and fully integrated, sustainable human resources programs. This role will work closely with the leadership and staff to help educate, advise and influence client groups on issues involving but not limited to employee relations and retention, engagement, performance management, coaching, compensation planning, benefits, immigration, mobility, organizational development, professional development, and change management.
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
Manage core HR processes (talent management, reward, organizational effectiveness, change management, training) on regular people cycle plan through the local and global systems and processes;
Deliver and provide guidance to departments on all people decisions, to enhance team performance, culture by HR Analytics;
Plan and implement new/revised HR policies, programs, and services that correspond with business strategy while ensuring all activities align with overall HR goals and objectives;
Partner with key managers in a consultancy capacity and all matters related to people management to enable the business to operate effectively and ensure the timely identification of issues/trends and the presentation of solutions;
Partner with the business leaders to ensure that the performance management tools are fully utilized to support people development and strengthen organizational capability;
Success in creating and driving effective development, employee relations, retention and reward programs;
Design succession plans and support leadership development;
Actively participate in business discussions and transfer best practices from different functions in the organization
Bachelor's degree from an reputable university
Master's Degree or MBA in HRM preferred
Minimum of five (5+) years of HR experience in relevant HR Generalist/Business Partnership role
Fluent in English and German.
Experienced in a Manufacturing environment
Employee relations experience would be appreciated with strong work ethics
Works collaboratively with individuals at all levels in the organization in a team environment
Experience in delivering HR solutions simultaneously to multiple organizations (such as divisions, business units, subsidiaries, etc.)
Proactive self-starter and able to work alone with minimal supervision/support
Able to deal with high volume, with a mix of operational and strategic deliverables
Experience in business transition highly appreciated
Good change management skills to drive sustained cultural change
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work as a partner with different audiences
Understanding of how to manage information, balancing confidentiality with business needs and know when to communicate information to senior leaders;
