IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST (Part-Time)

TOTAL is looking for a team member for the following position:

• Information Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering student or graduate  
• Minimum 1 year experience in IT Service Support
• Knowledge in Microsoft products; Outlook, Excel, Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, Skype for Business;
• Basic experience with video conferencing, printing and telecommunication support, network devices (routers & switches)
• Fluent English both written and oral
• Work experience in an international, multi-cultural environment is an asset
• Strong communicator with excellent soft skills to communicate with users in Menemen Blending Plant as well as Head Office in Istanbul
• Residence in İzmir

İŞ TANIMI

The selected candidate will be reporting to the IT Coordinator

• Being Single point of contact for all IT related matters in Menemen Blending Plant
• Conducting local help desk tasks – giving the IT support to users at first level; troubleshooting the basic problems, escalating when necessary to IT team in Istanbul and/or Global IT teams in France, regularly following up until resolution
• Taking care of user IT equipment, managing IT inventory and stock, preparing IT equipment for users
• Acting along with the IT Security principles and procedures assigned by the IT department, reporting any inconsistency, incidents and etc.
• Maintaining all IT equipment, laptops, printers, iPhones, peripherals and etc.
• Managing Printer Services (e.g. Toners replacement, basic checks and administrating maintenance services);
• Support video conference meetings and meeting room equipment (skype for business, online conferencing services);
• Communication with IT team in Istanbul on daily basis, and documenting the routine reports
• Perform other related duties as assigned
