• Behaving accordingly to HSE and Compliance Policies of the company. 
• Determining, analyzing and evaluating the Distributor's sales targets 
• Informing, providing guidance to and auditing the distributors in identifying the needs and demands, planning and implementing product sales and sales channel activities 
• Providing advisory services and guidance to the Distributors to improve their organizational profitability and financial structure 
• Influence, coach and motivate sales teams of distributors targeting standardised execution of customer offers and programs. 
• Following and reporting rival activities 
• Offering and developing new sales and marketing activities. 
• Building a pipeline of prospect distributor partner candidates in case there is a need to intervene 
• Performing daily business in compliance with ISO Quality System approaches. (IATF16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001) 
•  To ensure information security policy and procedures. Report all information security events. 

Qualifications:

• University degree, preferably in engineering
• Talented in distributorship business
• Good knowledge of English 
• Min. 5 years of distributor management experiences.
