• To perform the risk assessments and to give suggestions for improving the system
• Ensuring organisation, co-ordination and continuous improvement of transportation services in order to provide competetive advantage for the company
•  Organising Transport Tenders and developing contracts whenever required- Evaluation of Operational, HSEQ departments requirements- Making cost analysis, timecharts and follow up, preparing monthly cost report
•  To perform , monitor and to report the KPI’s ( Events, km, cost etc) 
•  Executing/supervising of the transport operations
•  Problem solving during daily transport operations- Participating in field audits/accident investigations- Participating in PETDER meeting
•  Visiting field to control transport operations and organising tool-box meetings
•  Visiting contractors and site control
• Organising PATROM training and audits, writing and implementing of PATROM procedures 
• To implement and to report for the ISO 39001
• Comply with Information Security (ISO27001) Policies and Procedures, to ensure implementation in the area of responsibility
• Report information security (ISO27001) incidents within the unit
• Attend TTP MAESTRO Project Group meetings as member and Maestro internal audit, prepare all necessary documentations in their departments for an efficient Maestro system in the affiliate.

Qualifications:

• Industrial Engineer, Logistics Management (Preferred)
• Having knowledge of SAP, Transport Management Systems.
  
• English is a must.
• Fleet Management, LSP Management, Tender Management experience.
