QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

TotalEnergies is looking for a team member for the following position:

  • Contribute to product committees; range and volume analysis, new product launches, international and OEM requirements. Exchange information on technological developments and global lubricants trends
  • Assist product localization process between global product engineering team and TTP plant in response to localizing formulations and local pilot results
  • Preparation of technical data sheets, material safety data sheets, product info bulletins and sales handbooks 
  • Provide effective, rapid and result oriented technical support for sales team to contribute to the sales volume, product upgrade and sustain maximum customer satisfaction including after sales
  • Follow-up, finalise and report customer requests / complaints about technical topics
  • ANAC used oil analysis system management, equipment entries, interpretation, diagnosis and customer reporting for direct and indirect sales channels
  • Regular visits of prospect and existing customers to gather insights, competitive information, solve technical issues, upgrade to higher margin products
  • Preparation of related technical training materials and performing assigned trainings for TotalEnergies sales teams, distributors' sales teams and key accounts to enhance technical capabilities of all stakeholders
  • Support marketing team in new product launches, events and key projects


Qualifications:

  • University degree (Chemical or Mechanical Engineering)
  • MS Office applications (Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Fluent English
  • Minimum 3 years of technical background and experience (preferable in lubricant)
  • Driving license
  • Dynamic , self-motivated, communication and problem solving skills, big picture perspective, accountability and commitment

Exempt, Completed
