A Group company of Toyota Boshoku; TB Sewtech Turkey Turkey (TBSTR), has been operating in Duzce, Cilimli, manufacturing seat covers for Toyota since 2013.

Our company, which has a capacity of approximately 495.000 cover sets per year, supplies products to a wide market in Europe.

TB Sewtech Turkey, we are looking for a “Japanese Interpreter” working in the "Sustainability Department", located in Düzce.

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from related faculties of universities,
• At least 3 years of experience as interpreter/translator and corporate affairs
• Sustainability Report (GRI) and ESG related experience preferable
• EFQM knowledge preferable
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Analytical thinking and strong reporting, organizational skills,
• Strong communication skill and good at teamwork,
• Having a result and solution oriented working approach,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Japanese (JLPT N1 or 2 preferable)
• Able to travel abroad for training/business,
• Driving license with experience,
• Completed military service for male candidates,
• Living or able to live in Düzce or Sakarya.

Job Description:

• Interpretation and translation support (Japanese-English-Turkish)
• Supporting corporate social responsibility and sustainability initiatives
• Assisting preparation of company sustainability reports through collaboration with several departments
• Developing sustainability projects in line with company strategies
• Supporting Corporate Affairs organization with regard to internal/external communications
• Supporting to Risk Management initiatives
• Managing strategy and content planning of company social media channels ,web page and company magazine
• Supporting stakeholder engagement activities
• Supporting compliance management (J-SOX, TISAX, internal audits)
• Supporting preparation of company reports
• Preparing and following up Corporate Affairs yearly budget
