Toyota Boshoku Türkiye is looking for a Digitalization (OT) Leader to be a part of  Production Development Department, located in Adapazarı (Sakarya). 

Ideal candidate will be responsible for following:

• You will be contributing to the development of the digital transformation road map and the strategy guiding Toyota Boshoku Türkiye's future.
• You will be responsible to lead and execute the manufacturing maturity and digital transformation road map projects including and in combination of hardware, software, automation, robotics and emerging technologies.
• With your team, you will be responsible of gathering user and business requirements, analyses of these requirements on where it fits in the solution stack and the road map making sure business requirements are met and all the projects are aligned in its structure.
• You will be leading a growing team of engineers with knowledge base of project management, business analysis, software development, mechatronics, robotics and automation. 
• You are expected to identify opportunities to improve the way this manufacturing company operates, and then implement changes in a way that creates value.
• You will also be responsible managing business partner and system integrators ecosystem while keeping a sharp focus on sustainability of these projects with the help of your team owning the solutions after a proper handover. 
• You are expected to conducting research on market trends in order to determine how new technologies may affect or help our business operations.
• You will be responsible to monitor, measure and report the transformation progress.
• You will also be responsible of cooperating with regional and global digitalization functions, following the global initiatives to keep the program in alignment with regional and global directives.
• You will be asked to drive the cross-functional development of the smart factory infrastructure and architecture from requirements to delivery.
• You will also evaluate technology providers,support making technology choices and manage external partners.

Qualifications for this position: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business or another related field. (Electric & Electronic Engineer, Electronic Communication Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering)
• Master’s degree in business administration with a focus on information technology is preferred.
• Min 5-7 years of experience in Industry 4.0 applications (Robotics and Automation, AGVs, Mechatronics)
• Min 5-7 years of experience on operational technologies and industrial communication systems (PLC, Inverter, Actuator, Sensors, SCADA)
• Min 5-7 years of experience in Digital Technologies (PLM, Traceability, MES/MOM, Merging Technologies, Software Development)
• Min 3 years of leadership role in technology & automotive industry
• Leadership (Experience in working with cross-organizational, global teams)
• Service orientation (Excellent listener and empathetic communicator; Passionate about building great products and solving customer and business problems)
• Innovation (Innovative thinker with a solution-oriented approach, agile in ways of working)
• Good command of English both in written and spoken 
• Strong desire to work in technology-driven business transformation and curiosity around opportunities and threats posed by innovation and industry convergence
