Qualifications:

• University degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Electric-Electronic / Mechatronics / Automotive / Manufacturing Engineering
• Excellent command of English both written & spoken
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Driving licence: B, good driving experience
• Completed military service for male candidates
• No travel limitation (abroad / other cities domestic)
• Eager to learn, eager to study and research new technologies
• Good team player, actively involve in teamwork activities, good relationship, creative and proactive approach on problem solving
• Analytical thinking and strong reporting, organizational skills and attention to details
• General knowledge about mechanical and electrical systems,
• Experience on hydraulic circuits, mechanical & pneumatic systems,
• Prioritize engineering skills and calculation on solutions, result oriented, cost minded approach, always aim continuous improvement
• Functions well under pressure, perform effectively in a deadline environment
• Programming language skill is a plus
• Production technologies past experience/practice is a plus
• Process knowledge over Polyurethane and Seat Assembly is a plus
• Living or willing to live in Sakarya or Kocaeli

Job Description:

• Taking full process preparation responsibility of Car Seat Production processes of ongoing/upcoming projects
• Understand/build/prepare document all stages of preparation and support to next function when needed until Serial Production
• Analyse technical drawings, review global standards and quality requirements, prepare process plans for each part production step and prepare equipment specsheets
• Study on new project volume and finalize capacity calculations, prepare project schedule for each equipment and follow-up / update when necessary
• Grasp all functions of process: Safety, Cost, Quality, Efficiency, Environment, Ergonomy, Logistics and Maintenance
• Research new technologies and apply KAIZEN to reduce process cost
• Create and follow-up project budget by quotation-technical negotiation-PO-acceptance-invoice route, grasp all project cost details with investment, expenses, fix cost and running cost
• Take responsibility and follow-up maker progress through Design / Manufacturing / Assembly / Automation / Trial / Tuning / Documentation / Shipment / Installation / Acceptance
• Regular reporting with S.M.A.R.T. data
• Involve in FMEA, APQP, SPC, PFC, Shop and other quality and manufacturing improvement activities
• Follow-up serial production problems and continuous improvement on process
