Production & Logistics Control Expert

• University degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanic Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience
• Good knowledge of Production Control & Logistics Activities
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Experience in ERP/MRP systems
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken, Japanese skill is a plus. 
• Flexible and able to adapt and learn Toyota philosophy
• Excellent coordination, communication and presentation skills,
• Effective problem solving,
• Strong multi-tasking and organization skills,
• Able to think analytically
• Completed military service for male candidates
• Living or willing to live in Sakarya or Kocaeli cities

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Analysing plant capacity guide including work calendar and line speed (OAP responsibility)
• Analysing customer's production plan / Forecast information and take actions accordingly
• New model production start & old model end planning (B/O management)
• Ordering of local / Overseas parts and managing necessary logistics activities
• Tracking the shipments and balances of the orders
• Follow up and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands
• Support of future projects preparation activities in company wise such as packaging design and implementations of new project  parts
• Supporting Production Control system development
• Participate and understand company and Lean Manufacturing principles. (Kanban Systems, JIS / JIT)
• Supporting Kaizen efforts and managing kaizen activities in the department
• Supporting related other production control activities
• Fact finding abnormalities and take countermeasure
• Report KPI, develop improvement plans
