QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Toyota Boshoku Turkiye is one of the main production bases of Toyota Boshoku Group in Europe & Africa, which has around 100 sites in 24 countries around the world with over 44 thousand employees.
Toyota Boshoku Turkey, one of the Top 200 Largest Private Industrial Organizations in Turkey, manufactures seats, door trim, instrument panel components, air filters and seat covers.
With an annual production capacity of over 280 000 vehicle sets, our exports reach as far as the whole of the European continent and Africa.
Toyota Boshoku Turkiye has a vacancy in the Quality Department, located in Adapazarı (Sakarya).
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Automotive / Mechatronics / Materials etc.)
- Minimum 2 years experience in Quality Engineering (Automotive experience preferred)
- Experience in Toyota manufacturing ecosystem is an asset.
- TQM / EFQM knowledge or experience is an asset.
- Experienced IATF16949 system and core tools (PPAP,APQP,FMEA,Control Plan, MSA,SPC)
- Advanced command of English both written & spoken
- Good problem solving skills ( A3,8D,Sixsigma etc.) , Able to think analytically
- Strong communication skills in an open and professional way
- Driving license with experience
- Completed military service
- Able to travel abroad for training/business (Long term/short term when necessary)
- Living or able to live in Sakarya or Kocaeli
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools ( Excel, Powerpoint etc. )
- Eager to learn, to contribute and to bring new ideas to the team for continuous improvement
- Working as member of our Quality Engineering team by taking responsibility of commodity based new project quality activities and supporting mass production activities
- Contributing system improvement activities to ensure “Doing right at first time” motto.
- Participation in business process related events with business partners , customers and Regional/Global Toyota boshoku team when necessary.
