QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electric & Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Willing to be developed on Plastic Injection Mold Design & Development and mass production preparation including Paint and Assembly processes,
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills,
• Flexible and able to adapt to learn Toyota methods and philosophy,
• Excellent command of English,
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools,
• No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey,
• Willing to live in Kocaeli or Sakarya.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Successful candidate will be employed inVehicle Production Engineering Division and join the New Graduate Development Programme. Main responsibility area will be Plastic Project Engineering and Production Support. 

• Identification of New Model Vehicle part’s equipment requirements, modification necessities, new equipment procurement and mass production preparation,
• Engineering support for mass production problems,
• Research and development of New Injection and Manufacturing Technologies,
• Alternative Injection Raw Material investigation, trial and start-up.
