QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in a related field, preferably Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics engineering, Metallurgical / Material Engineering
• Willing to be developed in Weld Quality / Production ( Welding Technology, Production Processes, Body Accuracy) Quality Systems & Audit, Project Support etc.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Flexible and able to adapt to learn Toyota methods and philosophy
• Excellent command of English
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
• No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey
• Willing to live in Kocaeli or Sakarya

JOB DESCRIPTION

Successful candidate will be employed in Body Division and join the New Graduate Development Programme . Main responsibility area will be Weld Quality / Production ( Welding Technology, Production Processes) Quality Systems & Audit, Project Support . 

• Expertize in Welding Quality together with Body Production processes
• Development of New Inspection Technologies & Inspection Equipments
• Improvement of Body Accuracy thru deep analysis of production processes and panel accuracy
• Lead division wide Abnormality / Change Management activities
• Support Project Activities
