Responsibilities:

• Administration and maintenance of;
  • Windows based servers and services (Server Installation and Management),
  • Virtual server infrastructure (management of VMware )
  • Backup architecture (Design, implement and test strategies) (veeam backup & replication)
  • Fail-over architecture
  • Domain Controller Management, Active Directory, Group Policy, etc.
  • Firewall management & VPN configurations (Palo Alto)
  • Implementing & monitoring VOIP, VC, CCTV systems.
• Perform troubleshooting, incident and error handling for hardware related systems
• Implement change management processes and user requests on systems
• Evaluate opportunities to migrate workload from on-premise solutions to public cloud services.
• Research, propose and implement new solutions, features, and improvements
• Network Management, Router, Switch and AP configurations
• Install and Maintain Secured Network infrastructure by implementing Layer 3 Switching technology to create VLAN for segmentation of network traffic, including configuration of all rules, access and VLANs.
• Responsible for Network Service delivery for all Turkey bound projects.
• Implementation of ISO27001 standards
• End user - device management & configuration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering,
• At least 2 years of team management experience (preferred)
• Analysis & understand the new project requirement and make sure to deliver the requirement from end to end.
• Coordinating with local service provider fixing the internet issues. Experience and knowledge of Cloud Architecture is preferred
• Perform root cause analysis for network outages
• Global IT team collaboration experience is strongly preferable
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Have good work ethic and enthusiasm for self-improvement & learning,
• Perfect written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to travel abroad
• No military service obligation

Certifications (preferably)

· Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

· Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
