QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for enthusiastic and talented professionals to join us as “Compensation & Benefits & Industrial Relations Manager” in the HR Department.


What will be your contributions:

  • Lead the Teams of Compensation&Benefits, Industrial Relations and Payroll,
  • Responsible for all strategic design, development, integration and implementation of compensation & benefit programs,
  • Monitor market practices, trends and requirements to ensure compensation benefit offerings remain market competitive, fiscally sustainable and legally compliant,
  • Responsible for preparing and reporting of compensation & benefit budget,
  • Work closely with the peers from other countries to catch the best practices among the company,
  • Manage relationships among the employer, employees, labor union, public instutuions and organizations,
  • Negotiate and implement the collective work agreement within the framework of labor legislation,
  • Take active role to resolve any conflicts among the parties and assure workplace peace at any time,
  • Responsible for disciplinary procedures.

What will be decisive: 

  • Preferably graduated from the Faculty of Economics , Administrative Sciences, Indıstrial Engineer,
  • At least 10 years of experience in the field of compensation & benefits and industrial relations including payroll,
  • Experienced in working for a unionized company and managing union relations,
  • Knowledge of labor law, social securit law and trade union legislations,
  • Very good command of MS Office programs (especially excel),
  • Experienced in team management,
  • Successful in relationship management,
  • Advanced analytical thinking, planning and organizational skills,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Experience on dealing individuals with the ability to handle potentially challenging situations confidently and effectively.
