We are looking for enthusiastic and talented professionals to join us as “Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist” in the Finance Department.

What will be your contributions:

• Periodical operational reporting to Plant Management and TPI Headquarters, in relation with financials,
  
• Plant operational KPI coordination/reporting assuring all operational KPIs are reported consistently over the board,
  
• Actively cooperating with PQE, SC and HR teams, acting as true finance partner,
  
• Expense analysis in relation with KPIs, for cost control and improvement,
  
• Partnering Cost Accounting team and following Oracle&KPI reporting connection,
  
• Taking part in budgeting, forecasting and month end closing processes for her/his objects of control,
  
• Conducting Feasibilities for Continuous Improvement Projects,
  
• Being a strong team member for TPI's growth globally.

What will be decisive:

• Bachelor’s degree from a university in related departments,
  
• Min. 3 years of experience in similar positions,
  
• Fluency in English both written and verbal,
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint,
  
• Experience in PowerBI based reporting preferred,
  
• EPBCS, SmartView experience is an asset,
  
• Experience in Oracle R12 preferred,
  
• Strong communication skills to facilitate cooperation reaching to the results,
  
• Have energy to run after business results,
  
• Self-motivated, able to take initiative and proceed,
  
• Experience to work with strict deadlines,
  
• Will be part of a strong team with continuous improvement mindset.
