About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales activities. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring that our sales processes run effectively and in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Research target markets and sectors to identify potential business opportunities.
• Proactively visit and engage with prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including calls and meetings, and share insights with relevant departments.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, business events, and client visits to expand market presence.
• Provide prospective clients with the necessary information and documentation required for credit analysis.
• Prepare and submit client credit limit applications and maintain related documentation.
• Conduct detailed research on prospective clients to define service scope based on findings.
• Track and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues to Sales Director where required.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to sales activities.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Core Competencies: Strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, teamwork, personal integrity, responsibility, and technical knowledge.
• Additional Competencies: Analytical thinking, decision-making, initiative, market analysis, stress management, self-development, and performance management.
