QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Travelbuild is an innovation based technology and tourism company which has foreseen various problems in the tourism technology sector and has seen its needs. Combining all of the needs of tours operators and agencies under one roof, it aims to develop a highly marketable tourism distribution system. As a methodology, we put Agile in the center of our development and product management process to respond customer and market demands, swiftly. We are looking for a "Finance Specialist" who will work with Agile environment in the Maslak/Istanbul location and will run the same goal with teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related
- At least 3 years of finance experience
- Experienced in financial monitoring of R&D projects
- Technically proficient with web applications and MS Office (strong Excel skills), and be comfortable with extremely large data volume
- Drive and recommend improvements to finance policies, financial controls, systems and processes
- Validate and analyze financial statements, perform variance analysis and follow up on key issues identified
- Support analysis of results, forecasting and budgeting including cash flow forecast and management
- Implement processes or best practices to simplify, standardize and scale the business and accounting organization
- Other responsibilities include but not limited to participate or lead in special projects, ERP implementation, system enhancements or ad hoc analyses as assigned (such as projects to optimize reporting platforms and processes)
- Excellent time and self-management skills, meticulous, and able to perform well under pressure, prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines required
- Highly analytical, results oriented, self-driven and motivated
- Life long learner, loves a challenge, problem-solver
- Willing to be a part of organisational agility
- Proven ability to succeed in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
- Experience with enterprise software companies is a plus
