Operations Team is the center of operations at Trendyol! Team manage end-to-end operation activities and develop processes on the competitive marketplace. These are five main discipline within Operations Team: Warehouse Management, Delivery, Supply Chain, Operations Business Development, Operational Excellence , Warehouse Projects & Optimization and Ops Business Development At the end, we are all working towards the same goal: to create an excellent experience for our customers at Trendyol.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities (engineering field preferably)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in service and logistics sectors. E-commerce experience is a plus
• Experienced about team management minimum 2 years
• Having an analytical mindset, customer and result-oriented approach
• Having analysis, planning and organizational skills. Skill in prioritizing and multitasking
• Having strong communication and team-working skills
• Good at with MS Office programs
• Completed military service for male candidates

YOUR CHALLENGE

• To discuss and follow-up contract processes with potential and existing 3PL partners
• Track and develop the performance of suppliers,
• Experienced in logistics workflows
• Will be able to follow-up 3PL partner KPIs
• Create effective solutions to operational problems,
• To accompany operational excellence projects, on behalf of the operation team.
