Operations Team is the center of operations at Trendyol! The team manage end-to-end operation activities and development processes in the competitive marketplace. These are five main disciplines within Operations Team: Warehouse Management, Delivery, Supply Chain, Operations Business Development, Operational Excellence and Warehouse Projects & Optimization. In the end, we are all working towards the same goal: to create an excellent experience for our customers at Trendyol.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities (engineering field)
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical thinking
• Result oriented
• Positive and Energetic
• Good command of MS Office, SQL applications (especially excel knowledge)
• Experience in related positions (Demand Planning, Capacity Planning, Stock planning, Financial reporting, etc.)
• Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Good command of English

YOUR CHALLENGE 

• Manage Weekly & Monthly campaigns, define sales amount according to seller & cargo capacity.
• Inform relevant teams by making analyzes based supplier performances
• Analyzing operational&financial reports and take actions to improve P&L(Cargo P&L, Seller Charge P&L, Cost analysis, etc)
• Providing analyzes and suggestions for new projects with continuous improvement implementation for suppliers operation,
