Job Description

• To ensure that all general accounting transactions are carried out in accordance with the tax laws and other legal obligations,
• Processing and following up invoice transactions and ensure that all vendor and customer invoices are booked,
• Recording fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the system, and calculate depreciation for all fixed assets
• Follow and processes intercompany transactions and reconciliation,
• Leading the team for month-end and year-end close processes
• Ensuring that all necessary ledgers and documents are kept on time and following up the recording is done
• Preparing Monthly/quarterly/annual tax declarations (VAT, CIT, BA&BS, Stamp Tax etc.)
• Taking an active role in digital transformation processes, (E-Ledger, E-Invoice…)

General Qualifications

• Graduated from the departments of universities such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance
• At least 5 years of experience in General Accounting processes,
• Experience in Crypto Exchange Companies is big plus +
• Able to use Logo Tiger Accounting Programme,
• Knowledge of Turkish GAAP and tax legislation
• Able to use MS Office programs effectively and having sufficient knowledge of excel.
• Must be patient and cool, be able to make the right decision in a short time.
• Advanced team management, effective communication
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and result oriented
• Preferably in a multinational company experience or ACR departments in big 4 companies,
• Getting responsibility as the leader when HF at out of office.
