Responsibilities

• Analyzers Specification Sheets (Data Sheets)
• Design and engineering of the Analyzer Systems together with Client and Analyzer System Integrator
• Instruments Database Setup, Development and Handling (SPI-INTools)
• P&IDs revision and implementation of modifications
• Cause & Effect Diagrams (F&G System - Analyzer Shelter)
• Requisition for Inquiry and Purchase of Analyzer Systems
• Technical Bid Evaluation of Offers for Analyzer Systems & TBT preparation.
• Vendor Documents Review of Analyzer Systems.
• Definition of AMADAS/PAS and other related Analyzers Control & Monitoring Systems

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant process analyzer systems engineering experience in the industry sectors of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Power and Water treatment
• Having good knowledge and expertise in development of engineering documents during FEED/ EPC and the associated activities
• Familiar with Analyzer System FAT and Commissioning
• Experience with Sampling Systems for Energy Generation Project (an added advantage)
• Experience with Laboratory Systems and ASTM Codes (an added advantage)
• Fair knowledge of International Codes & Standards like ISA, IEC, ASME, ANSI, API, ASTM, ISO, Shell DEP, PTS
• Shall be organized, motivated and team worker
• SPI-INTools (Index / Calculation / Specification / Process Data/ Modules, Document Binder, Browser and EDE) or AVEVA
• AUTOCAD (not mandatory; an added advantage if familiar).
• MICROSTATION (not mandatory; an added advantage if familiar).
• NAVISWORKS.
• MicroSoft Office.
