QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Tri-Wall Turkey is opening a new branch in İzmir/Manisa & looking for open minded, innovative and analytical thinker sales engineer who likes the challenge and have the desire to improve himself/herself in packaging & logistics side of the automotive industry.

Responsibilities: 

• Development and implementation of a marketing plan to support sales activity 
• Regular visits to existing and potential customers to be able to keep up with targeted sales given by the management
• Provides timely reports to senior management regarding performance 
• Identification of business opportunities at existing customers or within their supply chain 
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
• Design and innovation of customer focused packaging solutions by using Solidworks/Catia
• Management and delivery of samples requests to meet customer demands 
• Support to the Sales manager to win new business 
• Responsible for cost analysis and price negotiations

Job Specifications:

• Maximum 2 years experience or new graduates
• Driving licence
• University degree in Engineering
• Excellent knowledge of English (both in writing and speaking)
• Good command of MS Office Applications
• No restriction for travelling
• Completion of military service for male candidates
• Living /or willing to live in İzmir or Manisa
• Excellent comunication, decision making and problem solving skills, able to work in team environment, analytical, self motivated
• Visible passion for sales and customer satisfaction
