QUALIFICATIONS 

·       University Degree in Engineering

·       Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations, preferably in industrial/manufacturing sector 

·       Located in Bursa

·       Advanced level of knowledge in Microsoft based Programs (Office, Power BI, etc.), MicroStrategy Business Intelligence and SQL

·       Analytical thinking ability

·       Team player with strong communication skills

·       Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues

·       Must be fluent in English; second language (French, Spanish) will be an asset

·       Active Driver

JOB DESCRIPTION

·       Trigo Group IT Projects management and ERP Systems leadership in Turkey, management and execution for implementation, localization in Turkey

·       Responsible for Country’s main ERP System and its applications as the Country Pilot: system audit, follow up and user management, management reporting, support sites to solve ERP related issues

·       Attending meetings with Trigo Group IT team for periodical assessments, new applications, analysis and development. Presenting them to country team, training site users accordingly

·       Coordinate and support Company’s Information Technology Service Provider 

·       ERP Mapping, communication and coordination with external service provider(s) and composing reports in line with the requirements of the business, for integration between different systems

·       Support other account and/or system related IT topics
