TRIGO Turkey is developing Resident Engineering services so we are looking for quality professionals to join our growing team of resident engineers based in Bursa,Kocaeli. He / she will perform below tasks;

Tasks:

• Establishing and maintaining contacts with all relevant interfaces at the customer's site
• Central interface function and link between quality management and suppliers; Mediation between the requirements of our customer, the suppliers and the operational departments
• First point of contact for the customer in all relevant issues (technology, quality, processes, satisfaction, etc.)
• Further development of a sustainable customer relationship
• Proactive process improvement in quality assurance both at the OEM and at the customer directly
• Problem analysis and de-escalation in the case of acute problems as well as implementation of corrective measures
• Channelling of information and existing OEM requirements for analysis and problem solving
• Acquisition and further development of customer requirements and project data
• Permanent communication between customers and the project team
• Active participation in customer meetings

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in; Mechanical Engineering / Metallurgical and Materials Engineering / Electrical - Electronical Engineering or similar engineering fields
• Experience as resident engineer/quality engineer in customer service - automotive industry
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of quality assurance as well as in sorting and rework
• Experience with QM tools and problem solving methods (FMEA, 8D report, etc.)
• Knowledge of production processes in the automotive industry as well as OEM experience
• Confident use of common MS Office products
• Team player with a dynamic and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good communication skills as well as assertiveness and customer orientation
• Resilience, flexibility and organizational skills
• Driving license class B
• Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
