Being French based company TRIGO Group has been providing quality control services to automotive and other industrial sectors in 26 countries with more than 10.000 personnel. Turkish branch of the group, TRİGO Çözüm provides quality control and inspection services in especially automotive sector, and looks for managerial employees to be employed in ever growing Bursa branches, the specifications and job description areas follows;

 

-        Bachelor Degree in Engineering Department (Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgical and Materials, Electric, Electric-Electronical, Chemical);
-        Business experience between  3 to 5 years in automotive industry on quality management and  and/or manufacturing functions;
-        Experience and capability to team management of 20 -30 employees;
-        Fluency in English with certification; additional foreign language is an asset;
-        High level of coordination and communication skills with customer satisfaction focus; 
-        Valid driving license;
-        Male/ Female candidates (Completion of military service for male candidates is a must)
-        Computer literacy (MS Office Programs)
-        Managerial roles in our sites on Bursa and Gebze locations.


     JOB DESCRIPTION
-        Manage site team productively and effectively;
-        Manage all units’ activities (operational and business development units) in direction of provided targets,
-        Customer relations and reporting, working in cooperation with other units to reach the established performance targets,
-        Management reporting
-        Business development with the customer to provide new projects and ensure the effective performance of the existing projects requirements
-        Submit weekly and monthly management reporting to HQ
