We are looking for brilliant legal minds to join our growing  GDPR compliance team. Our company with more than 800 employees have affiliates all over Europe. The headquarter is located near the Amsterdam-Airport. With our content (games), data & technology and monetization tools, we provide almost all of the services and/or products in the chain of digital advertising for the publishers, advertisers and end users and have created our own eco-system.

As a member of compliance team will assist the company in (at least one of) the following data protection fields:

Data Protection

• Inform, advise and issue recommendations to the Company regarding compliance with data protection laws including GDPR in IT sector, and Company policies and guidelines with respect to data protection
• Identification of business processes and systems that relate to personal data and are deemed in-scope for GDPR
• Review commercial agreements and contracts, including data processing agreements

• Conduct risk assessments for high-risk processing in connection with GDPR requirements, including data security, security breach notifications, privacy by design, legitimate interest, purpose limitation and fair processing
• Track and maintain a log of all incidents, complaints, data breaches and notifications
• (Promote data security policy within the company and provide advice on new projects or business)

Minimum qualifications:

• LLB degree with demonstrable knowledge of GDPR in at least one of the above mentioned fields.

Preferred qualifications:

• Solid experience in managing and implementing data protection programmes in IT/digital industry
• Have a proven track record of analysing workflows/ processes/system and effectively documenting them
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing internal and 3rd party teams
• Must have good people skills and the ability to interact and communicate effectively, orally and in writing, across all levels.
