Responsibilities:

-         Realizing new part/project/product industrilization activities

-         Structuring all the items for industrilization of related program by preparing and following project timing plan, generating BOM list, nominating new supplier tools, equipment/tool/jig design with method team and follow the realization

-         Managing the industrilization steps with APQP approach ( such as; prepare PFMEA, submit PPAPs and get PSW approvals on time )

-         Ensuring the customer design specification is met through our manufacturing processes, developing and implementing optimalcost effective manufacturing processes in accordance with customer specifications and quality standards

-         Receiving customer prototype / tool orders and do necessary organization for producing and delivering parts on time

-         Cooperation with tecnical coreteam , attending Gate reviews during the nomination and serial life of the program.

-         Attending the team feasibility studies, design reviews and providing technical feedback with respect to customer requirements

-         Managing the design change requests whether in project or serial phase.

-         Supporting method and quotation team for defining, generating investment requirements of related project

-         Attending daily quality meetings and take active role within team for problem solving and take counter measure actions to prevent similar problems for new projects

Requirements:

-         Bachelor’s or master degree in Engineering Faculty preferably in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

-         Very good command of English both verbal and written

-         IATF 16949, PMP knowledge is a plus

-         Compatible to teamwork with inquiring and analytical mindset
