QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Ankara

Position: Organizational Development Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Taking responsibility on organizational design&development issues and working in coordination with business units in accordance with organizational design principles and company strategies with main focus perspective.

• Conducting change management activities during the process of implementing the newly designed organization

• Determining the scope of tasks, distribution of roles and responsibilities of business units and completing management approval processes

• Carrying out the stage work for new and current business units in organizational change processes, to ensure that the levels are calibrated for the units for which it is responsible

• Carrying out the process design and continuous improvement & development activities to coordinate individuals in the relevant business unit for the designed processes.

• Develop recommendations on the units’ responsibilities, especially on grey areas and organizing processes, conducting research on best practices in the sector and providing solutions by creating opinions.

• Carrying out workforce planning activities in line with the company strategy, main focus areas, business units’ needs and sector’s best practices, ensuring the management of the norm squad according to the number of workforce determined on the basis of business units.

• Evaluating business outsourcing needs and provide feedback

• Analyzing the internal and external resource distribution and to guide business units in outsourcing in the right and precise business areas.

• Identifying efficiency of opportunities by analyzing the organization and processes and creating proactive improvement suggestions

• Offering revision proposals when necessary.

• Keeping track of records related to organizational changes and creating an organizational library

• Establishing manager/under-manager positions’ structure.

KEY SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Graduating from Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences

• 5 years of experience in the current field

• High-energy, business and result-oriented

• Having analytical thinking, solution-oriented, relationship management and collaboration skills

• Having a good level of English language

• Having a good level of MS Office programs

• Having completed military service for male candidates

Preferred Candidate

More than 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Graduate)
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
