Finance Department

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
• 3+ years previous bookkeeping and payroll management experience required

• Job Responsibilities:
•  
• Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions.
• Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
• Hands-on experience with accounting software especially QuickBooks
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
• Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus

Skills:

• Software knowledge required: Quickbooks, Excel
• An organized and flexible approach to work, with the ability to plan, prioritize and balance often conflicting demands.
• Problem solving, decision making, and continuous process improvement skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
