HSE Supervisor (Temporary Contract)

We are looking for HSE Supervisor for our Rafinery Project in Aliağa, İzmir matching with below qualifications and tasks;

• University degree from Engineering Departments,
• At least 3 years experience in similar HSE responsibilities,
• Oil&Gas or Industrial Construction experience is necessary,
• Fluency in both written and spoken English,
• Previous international environment work experience,
• Excellent leadership, auditing, mentoring skills,
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills,
• Solid knowledge and experience of relevant Turkish HSE laws, legislations and implementations,
• Knowledge in OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001and ISO 9001,

İŞ TANIMI

• Maintain an effective control of Health, Safety, and Environmental impact management, together with the processes of auditing, review and feedback,
• Monitor the implementation of safety and loss prevention plans throughout the project,
• Promote safe working environment attitudes among all personnel,
• Conduct site or area surveys to determine safe limits of exposure,
• Develop and implement safety programs to prevent or correct unsafe environmental working conditions,
• Comply with Company’s HSE Management System,
• Identify and correct potential hazards and ensure compliance with relevant industry safety practices,
• Investigate accidents to minimize recurrence and prepare accident reports,
• Participate in daily and weekly safety meetings,
• Produce project monthly statistics,
• Conduct and coordinate required HSE trainings.
