Vendor Coordination Buyer (Temporary Contract)

We are looking for Vendor Coordination Buyer for our Refinery Project in Aliağa, İzmir matching with below qualifications and tasks:

• University degree, preferably Department of Engineering, Business Administration, Management
• Interested in commercial area and market
• Analytical and cost approach, saving oriented, business ethic
• Working experience in multinational and English speaking environment
• Good command of English both written and verbal
• Self disciplined and self starter
• Team player, result-oriented with strong planning, negotiationand organization skills
• Good command of MS Office Applications (knowledge of SAP is an advantage)
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Follow all kinds of site permanently requested “Services” demands
• Follow the procedures, complete the documentation to start to Service Procurement
• Obtain offers, make price discussions, develop contracts, audit the applyings, review and update
• Introduce the orders in company system for follow up
• Expedite the orders and services
• Find new alternative vendors, follow the market
• Make reporting and update all the records through system (costs, charges, invoices, supplier performances, satisfaction levels)
• Expedite the vendors at premises when necessary
