TSI Seats was established in 2011 with the partnership of Assan Hanil, Kibar Holding, Turkish Airlines, and Turkish Technic in order to design, manufacture, modify, and merchandise aircraft seats and its spare parts.

Assan Hanil, one of Kibar Group’s automotive companies was established in 1997 with the partnership of Seoyon E-Hwa which is the leading automotive supplier in South Korea, started production as an OEM Part Supplier in the automotive industry.

TSI Seats continues its operations for multiple aircraft types in the production facilities based in Sabiha Gökçen International Aiport, Istanbul, Turkey, and in Seattle, United States, with full design, engineering, manufacturing, and R&D capabilities.

We are looking for a " Electrical and Electronics Systems Engineer" to join our R&D team in our company.

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical, Astronautical, Aerospace Engineering and Electrical & Electronic Engineering
•    Minimum 2 years experience in designing, preferably experience in aviation/transportation/aerospace industry or Seat Electric Systems (IFE- In Flıght Entertainment System, ISPS – In Seat Power System, SAS – Seat Actuation System), Avionics,
•    Understanding wiring diagrams,
•    Preferably experience in visual basic or related programs,
•    Preferably experience in Catia V5,
•    Preferably experience in PDM softwares especially Enovia,
•    Ability to travel abroad.

 Job Description

•    Checking electrical system routing design & integration, and preparing prodject documents according to the requirements of OEM, System Vendor and Civil Aviation Authorities,
•    Responsible for the assigned project drawings, documents and action logs relatated to  seat electrical systems,
•    Electrical system engineering representative of  TSI Seats for the assigned projects,
•    Organizing required tests such as thermal test, cycle test and etc.
•    Carrying out the design process according to the prepared design plan,
•    Preparing related specifications and documentation,
•    Preaparing, releasing  Bill of Material(BOM) of seat electrical system and sub-components design,
•    Entering the design outputs into ERP system, sharing with production department on time and ensuring the actuality,
•    Ensuring the coordination and information exchange with production department and suppliers,
•    Making studies for solution of design problems revealed during the use of product and project phase,
•    Following the design changes, updating the design documents according to the changes.
