We are looking for an Export Sales Support Specialist who represents our company in accordance with company culture and vision by accurately reflecting strong, qualified and safe position of our company.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
Minimum 3 years of export, import operations and sales support experience
Excellent communications skills in English
Good knowledge in MS Office applications
Experienced on Import, Export, Customs and Foreign Trade legislation, including all delivery terms and payment terms
Strong Intercultural adaptation, interpersonal and communication skills
Competent in teamwork
Competence in planning, organizing and reporting
Result-oriented, developed analytical thinking skills
CRM and ERP experience is preferable
Military service must be completed for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage all Export and Import operations in his/her responsibility and reporting to Export Sales Manager
Carry out Export Sales offer, order and delivery processes and follow up
Order management according to the needs and demands of the foreign customers in a correct manner
Coordinate and follow up the entire order and shipment process with departments such as Planning, R&D and Quality in order to ensure on time shipment
Prepare the necessary documents for export operations
Maintain effective relations with existing customers, communicate on regular basis to build sales activity. Work with the customers to realize the sales targets of the company
Respond to all requests and questions of the customers by coordinating with other departments, responding instantly by e-mail and telephone, participating in meetings with customers and coordinating open issues,
Take an active role in solution process of customer complaints
Plan and manage the participation of international fairs, run the incentive process after the fair
Create reports in line with the export sales and marketing targets and report regularly to his/her manager
Work in coordination with logistics, customs office and Finance Department
Follow up the payments by coordinating with Finance Department.
