Begin Your Journey in an Exceptional Role ??

• Deliver food and beverage services in line with premium presentation standards, ensuring timely and flawless execution,
• Carefully monitor and control service areas, table setups, and presentation details before, during, and after service,
• Organize service delivery in accordance with passengers’ personal preferences and special requests,
• Provide guests with accurate, complete, and reassuring information regarding menu content, product presentation, and service flow,
• Ensure that all service equipment, presentation materials, and service areas are consistently maintained at flawless standards,
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, including content details and presentation techniques, to provide professional guidance to guests,
• Ensure coordination with all relevant departments and external service providers to guarantee smooth operational flow,
• Be fully available at all times during the guest’s stay within the Jetex C-VIP terminal.

Show Your Talent to the World �?

• Experience in luxury hotels, hospitality, airport terminals, or VIP lounges,
• Strict adherence to confidentiality, security, and protocol rules in passenger information and operational processes,
• Turkish citizenship required,
• Minimum high school graduate,
• Excellent command of English,
• Strong knowledge of high-level guest satisfaction and personalized service standards,
• Ability to perform all duties with a customer-centric approach,
• Strong crisis management skills and a proactive working mindset,
• Ability to adapt to shift-based working schedules,
• Professional and confidentiality-oriented approach in all assigned duties,
• Strong attention to diction, personal grooming, and professional appearance.
