QUALIFICATION

• Graduates of engineering, and/or technical departments of vocational schools,
• Professionally proficient in English,
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP,
• Preferably with at least 3 years of experience in technical purchasing in manufacturing companies,
• Possesses analytical thinking skills, is proactive, follow-through oriented, and solution-focused,
• Successful in interpersonal relations and team-oriented,
• Possesses verbal and written communication skills,
• Able to drive,
• For male candidates, completed military service,
• Freedom to travel (Izmir, Manisa, and surrounding provinces).

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Obtaining quotes from approved and current suppliers, reviewing incoming quotes according to specific parameters and forwarding them to the relevant units,
• Performing necessary analyses by comparing prices and terms,
• Developing existing suppliers by researching alternative suppliers,
• Resolving issues that may arise with incoming materials by consulting with the relevant parties,
• Supporting the maintenance of the supplier pool and, when necessary, the research and selection of new suppliers,
• Reviewing offers and commercial proposals, accepting purchase prices when necessary,
• Contributing to establishing and maintaining stable, lasting, and mutually trusting relationships with suppliers,
• Providing support in periodic reporting activities,
• Execute international shipments import/export process,
• Communication between Turkish custom broker and Italy Logistics department,
• Tracking regular payments of utilities and suppliers,
• Fixed asset recording.
