QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

·        Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering departments

·        Min. 5 years of relevant experience in business development area, sales, business planning, market intelligence, business operations and CRM

·        Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability

·        Knowledge of business analytics, statistics, project management, monitoring and reporting

·        Strong communication skills and a good team player

·        Strong Multi-Tasking skills

·        Manages challenges in deadlines

·        Excellent knowledge of computer skills required, especially in Excel and PowerPoint

·        Long-term target of future career opportunities in business development department

·        Software Technology, Health, and Tourism Sector background is preferable

·        Native/ Fluent in English and French

JOB DESCRIPTION

·        Provide active support to implementation of functions’ business development plans and other specific business development projects of business units.

·        Take active role in sector management, targeting, opportunity management and market research

·        Provide support to project planning and status follow up with partners for new services

·        Support professional client teams in preparation and access to client materials (proposals and client presentations, corporate presentations)

·        Answer ad-hoc requests from business units.

·        Follow up of action plans and to take active role in reporting of the above mentioned business processes.
