We are a major international real estate company, with a proven record of property sales to many international buyers. Our objective is to raise standards within the real estate sector in Turkey, for both domestic and international sales and our aim is to reach a 1 Billion USD  turnover, with sales throughout Turkey, over a 3 year period, with the intention of becoming Turkey’s premier real estate organization

We are now searching for a special person to act as Partner/Managing Director as , to lead the Company’s success, to increase market share, and to enjoy the trappings of a successful trailblazer. This is a non-salaried position, but the high commission structure will ensure that the successful candidate will have the capacity to earn in excess of a 7 figure annual income.

Due to the nature and responsibilities of this position, we expect only the best candidates, who can meet the following criteria:

• ·         University Degree from a reputable university, either in Turkey or overseas
• ·         Minimum 5 years experience in a multinational or corporate Turkish organisation
• ·         Minimum 2 years sales and marketing experience
• ·         Experience and capability of managing a team of 100+
• ·         Exceptional IT skills over a range of platforms, including Wordpress, PHP etc.
• ·         Confident, ambitious and highly motivated
• ·         Target oriented and must be prepared and able to commit 3 years in order to achieve the aims of the Company
• ·         An entrepreneur mindset, with the flexibility and adaptability required to meet the needs of the position
• ·         Real estate experience is preferred, but not essential
• ·         Franchise experience, including setting up, managing distributors etc, would be preferred, but not essential
