QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


 

We are a major international real estate company, with a proven record of property sales to many international buyers. Our objective is to raise standards within the real estate sector in Turkey, for both domestic and international sales and our aim is to reach a 1 Billion USD  turnover, with sales throughout Turkey, over a 3-year period, with the intention of becoming Turkey’s premier real estate organization. The main services of Turesta are Property Marketing & Consulting, Property Management, and Turkish Citizenship to live and work.

In order to support our developing business and to increase our market share; we are loooking for New Regional Entrepreneurs from İstanbul-Silivri , Istanbul -Çatalca ,İstanbul-Arnavutköy ,Yalova, Bursa, Sakarya-Sapanca, Antalya-Center, Antalya-Kaş,  Bodrum,Ankara, İzmir, Kuşadası, Didim, Marmaris, Fethiye, Sakarya/Kocaeli, Yalova.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of the client which is provided by the company.
  • Able to coordinate with real estate sellers and developers
  • Conducting sale or lease of real estate on a commission basis
  • Presenting company portfolio, Organising client’s legal procedures,
  • Creating a trusting relationship with clients aiming for a long term detail-oriented approach


Your Background and Skills:

  • Strong communication skills to understand and respond to clients’ expectations
  • Valid driving license with own car.  Some gas expenses will be supported by the company.
  • Having a real estate background is preferred, but not compulsory
  • Problem-solving approach
  • Entrepreneur mind-set
  • Self-motivated, self-confident personality with the ability and motivation to work independently
  • Having a passion to grow own business
  • Must have experience in sales, customer service, etc.
  • Advanced level of English language (spoken and written). This position needs advanced English to be able to deal with foreign clients.

Note: We would like to remind you that the position offered is on a self-employed, freelance basis which attracts a very high commission, with opportunities for high income, and as such, there is no basic salary.
