Process & Output Quality Manager

• Set-up and improvement of the process quality assurance in the production processes and product improvement projects,
• Being a leader of solving critical quality problems in serial production by using standart or innovative quality tools (8D,PSP) including stakeholder management,
• Active member and leader of SPQM (Standart Plant Quality Management) based on process and output quality processes,
• Managing process audits and enhancing of Plant Quality Assurance auditor pool,
• Supporting 5S culture in production with stakeholders,
• Being an active user and trainer of Yellow Belt PSP (Problem Solving Process) and QIP (Quality Improvement Process),
• Responsible of main KPIs effecting product and process quality (RTY and Shipping Audit) and continuous improvement of the quality relevant processes and KPIs,
• Supporting SPA coordination and planning during serial production and project phase in case of shipping audit or serial conformity needs,
• Coordination and development responsible of process and output quality blue and white collars.

Qualifications

• Mechanical, Industrial or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering with a minimum of 5 years professional experience (Quality function experience preferable in heating&cooling or automotive industries),
• Profound knowledge of Q-methods (e.g Part Approval Process,FMEA,Control Plan,MSV,SPC),
• Process audit experience,(VDA 6.3 certification preferable),
• Advanced problem solving techniques and analytical thinking (Green belt certified as preferable),
• Advanced english skills (spoken/written),
• Proven communication,leadership,stakeholders,conflict and time management skills .
