Event Specialist

• Bachelor's degree required,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills & inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English,
• Minimum 2 years of experience, especially knowledge of best practices in events and incentive,
• Event, digital and social media development, creative or media department experiences will be assets
• Dynamic, results-oriented and problem-solving,
• Analytical/structured thinking, with an ability to develop multi-faceted plans/budgets,
• Ability to multi-tasking,
• Creative, project-oriented, have good taste in design, organized, highly motivated, energetic,
• A sparkling personality and excellent interpersonal skills,
• Be a team player and yet be able to work independently,
• Attention to detail while multi-tasking,
• Effective management of time and ability to work under pressure,

• Self-confident team player with good communication skills,
• Fluent with Microsoft Office,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Visit customers, make contacts and make the business his/her own act accordingly,
• Being a good team player with positive attitude,
• Must be willing and able to travel abroad,
• Reporting to manager,
• Working with flexible hours,
• Must be confident, and articulate to speak effectively and informatively with consumers,
• Independent and motivated team player,
• Minimal travel required for training or other scheduled events,
• Daily access to a PC with Internet/email access.
