YOUR ROLE

• Controlling Ankara Plant Production area, personnel, environment and warehouse according to Henkel Safety and legal norms and standards and to develop preventive and corrective action
• Carrying out group work related with enzyme team and proposing actions due to the enzyme results and develop corrective and preventive actions
• Regularly follow up laws and regulations and organizing necessary actions
• Organizing monthly Safety (ISIG) Meetings
• Organizing and revise PRA, WPRA, ATEX documentation and informing departments accordingly
• Carrying out preventive actions and keep the records in SHEQ Database

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, MS Degree will be a plus
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferably in chemical industry
• Having minimum C Class Safety Certificate is required
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
• Competent in problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of people
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) 
• Team leadership and project management experience preferred
