YOUR ROLE

• Leading legal operations for the responsible business units and professional functions of Henkel Turkey
• Providing legal counselling to the business units and managing the preparation of the contract agreement phase
• Ensuring that Henkel products and services are meeting global Henkel legislations and local regulations
• Providing legal counselling in respect of personal data protection legislation
• Strengthening third party relations via providing legal insight

YOUR SKILLS

• Having a bachelor’s degree in law with a successful academic record, master’s degree is desirable
• Minimum 3 years of legal experience gained within the legal office and/or multinational corporate environment, strong expertise in FMCG sector is an additional asset
• Strong understanding of ethics and compliance matters
• Aptitude for cross functional working across country and region
• Ability to appropriately prioritize and deliver tasks with concurrent deadlines within the tight timescales
• Good understanding of business dynamics
• Proactive and innovative solution seeker
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – capacity to facilitate and influence managers at all levels
• Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing
