YOUR ROLE 

• Supporting the Purchasing Team on invoice verification, invoice approval, payment proposal, vendor accounts handling & vendor balance confirmation processes on Account Payable both for IMS and Direct Materials,  
• Assuming responsibility for the e-sourcing and supplier management related topics, 
• Ensuring successful supplier base management/initiate supplier deletion in the system, 
• Building the communication line between Internal/External Stakeholders, Shared Service Center and Regional Purchasing when needed, 
• Coordinating the projects (e-tenders & e-Auction) via collecting Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) from the suppliers, 
• Supporting the Purchasing Team on cost optimization projects, 
• Providing assistance to the Team on operational tasks. 

•  3rd or 4th year university student or master student who will be able to work 1 full year (is a must), 
• Able to work min. 3 days in a week at school period, 
• Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing, 
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, 
• High level of ownership, willingness for problem solving and making an impact for the business unit, 
• Able to handle various tasks at a time, while performing well under tight deadlines, 
• Ability to look from different perspectives with an analytical point of view.
