SAP Business Analyst

Purpose of the job: 

• Being a key player in facilitating successful business change initiatives
• Help to bridge the gap between IT and the wider business
• Help to define business problems via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information
• Business process re-engineering and development
• Following/management IT developments and projects
• Vendor Management (English is a must )

Responsibilities:

• Defining user needs for SAP ERP/HR/Fiori/E-Archive/E-Invoice processes, evaluating and prioritizing them
• Running functional tests
• Planning acceptance tests with key users
• Preparing end-user, functional/technical/handover documentations
• Providing user assistance to end-users on operational processes when needed
• For necessary cases, read and debug codes
• Determination of internal and external resources according to ERP/HR/Fiori demands
• Organization and planning of internal and external resources
• Regular monitoring of the system
• Managing the ticketing system where ERP/HR/Fiori requests and projects are managed
• Managing the ticketing system pipeline and reminding of the pending actions in case of need

Requirements:

• B.Sc. degree from IT specific profession
• 3+ years business analyst/product owner experience
• Experience in SAP ERP/HR projects is a plus (MM, SD, FI, HR)
• 1+ year experience on SAP ERP/HR projects
• 1+ year experience on project management
• Formal business language is English
• Strong hands on experience as a Business Analyst, who has worked in detailed Agile and Waterfall projects, understands complex project interdependencies, is able to prioritize & manage multiple dependencies, requests, stakeholders, and ongoing deadlines
• Experience analyzing technical & non-technical requirements, performing Root Cause Analysis, and working with stakeholders to resolve issues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills

• Ability to work in an international environment, willing to travel abroad
