Job Description

• Preparing mid and long-term service architecture roadmap and keeping up to date continuously (CS voice, IMS voice, Centrex, IN CAMEL, messaging, roaming services and other VAS services),
  
• Preparing virtualization strategy of mobile voice services domain,
  
• Analyzing business requirements and converting into network requirements that meets business and customer expectations for new services,
  
• Preparing high level design document (HLD) of new network services,
  
• Team working with related investment planning and operation teams to deploy new services,
  
• Providing input to related investment team during RFP and product evaluation process,
  
• To follow, report and experiment with new technologies in the field of core network and services.

Specifications

• Graduated from related departments of universities (Electronics / Telecommunications etc.),
• Minimum 5 years of service provider or related Vendor industry experience,
• Level 2 operation of CS core and IMS core domain experience,
• Analytical thinking and customer focus,
• Working in parallel jobs under stress,
• It's suitable for team work,
• Strong human relations and communication,
• Good knowledge of mobile voice core network components (IMS, CS, PS, HLR, HSS, STP, NFV and virtualization),
• Very good use of MS Office programs,
• Expert in presentation and reporting,
• Good command of English,
• No military service for male candidates,
• Deep understanding of2G&3G&4G&5G core networkarchitecture,
• Deep understanding of IMS architecture (HSS, P/S/I CSCF, SBC etc.),
• Deep understanding of CS core architecture (HLR, MSS, STP etc.),
• Deep understanding of NFV structure.
