QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
- Understanding as-is process, analyzing/designing business requirements and documenting the required solution.
- Ensuring clear communication between business stakeholders and IT technical teams. Support strategic decisions to stakeholders.
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders such as business, analysis, design and test teams at different locations.
- Also working closely with the Development Team to support the continuous review and improvement of software development processes to maximize the quality of products.
- Driving the project phase from requirement gathering to UAT as a Solution Leader.
- Being responsible for Integration Tests, Defects, Capacity and Vendor Management.
- Guiding the team through business process analysis, to support implementation of improved, efficient solutions.
- Assisting in designing solutions to business requirements.
- Providing innovative ideas and solutions in a dynamic environment.
- Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and resolve bugs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Computer/Electrical-Electronics/Mathematics Engineering or similar level of education.
- At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or related fields.
- Must have experience in working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business.
- Ability to improve personel capabilities and skills under changing technology environments.
- Familiar with SDLC and Agile project methodologies.
- Effective presentation, reporting and documentation skills.
- Must have strong analytical thinking ability and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and planning skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- High energy, strong work ethics, quick learner, critical thinker, problem solver and team player.
- Working knowledge of SQL, XML/REST/SOAP, BPM/UML/ Workflow (flowcharts) and Workflow Management Tools such as JIRA, or equivalent is a plus.
- Digital experience, in Ecommerce or Omni-Channel is a plus.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
