QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

  •  Understanding as-is process, analyzing/designing business requirements and documenting the required solution.
  • Ensuring clear communication between business stakeholders and IT technical teams. Support strategic decisions to stakeholders.
  •  Working closely with internal and external stakeholders such as business, analysis, design and test teams at different locations.
  • Also working closely with the Development Team to support the continuous review and  improvement of software development processes to maximize the quality of products. 
  • Driving the project phase from requirement gathering to UAT as a Solution Leader.
  • Being responsible for Integration Tests, Defects, Capacity and Vendor Management.
  • Guiding the team through business process analysis, to support implementation of improved, efficient solutions.
  • Assisting in designing solutions to business requirements.
  • Providing innovative ideas and solutions in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and resolve bugs


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Computer/Electrical-Electronics/Mathematics Engineering or similar level of education.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or related fields.
  • Must have experience in working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business.
  • Ability to improve personel capabilities and skills under changing technology    environments.
  • Familiar with SDLC and Agile project methodologies.
  • Effective presentation, reporting and documentation skills.
  • Must have strong analytical thinking ability and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and planning skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • High energy, strong work ethics, quick learner, critical thinker, problem solver and team player.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, XML/REST/SOAP, BPM/UML/ Workflow (flowcharts) and Workflow Management Tools such as JIRA, or equivalent is a plus.
  • Digital experience, in Ecommerce or Omni-Channel is a plus.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
