Education, Experience and Skills

·         Bachelor or Master’s Degree in related engineering disciplines (Preferably in Industrial Engineering)

·         At Least2 years of production experience in a automative industry

·         Ability to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills in English

·         Working Experience Power BI and RPA tools

·         Knowlege about CAD program usage

·         Experience in Reporting and Time Study

·         Experience in MTM-UAS method

·         Excellent excel skills.

·         Project Leadership experience

·         Self starter and finisher

·         Drive and enthusiasm to achieve tangible results; cooperates with colleagues in order to find solutions/improvements

·         Strong communication skills, is able to give and receive feedback on the work, contributions to the group efforts and behavior/attitude within the group.

·         Located in Sakarya or Kocaeli

Role and Responsibilities

·         Periodic reporting of plant effiency and KPI reports

·         KPI report and efficiency analysis design and development with PBI, RPA and Excell.

·         Time study analysis begining with design phase using CAD data.

·         Efficiency analysis and efficiency improvement planning with stakeholders

·         Manages specific projects and activities within a development program.

·         Ensures that the GPD is communicated and followed by the project team. Provides feedbacks to the team to improve GPD.

·         Ensures proper documentation is completed for each manufacturing deliverables.

·         Co-operate closely with various Platform and Engineering functions
