• Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical-Electronical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering,
• Fluent in English,
• Strong analytical thinking ability,
• Coordination and organization ability, 
• Communication skills and teamwork approach,
• At least 5 years experience in data center design, planning and operation process,
• Experience in working multi-parties environment,
• Must have use AutoCAD, Ms Project, Ms Office and Visio,
• Must have knowledge in IT&NW topologies (infrastructure management, management systems, network management etc) and equipments (server, storage, switch etc).,
• Accredited Tier Design Certifications is preferred,
• Accredited Operation Specialist Certifications is preferred,
• Project Management Certifications is preferred,
• Must have knowlage about ITIL process, ITIL certifications is preferred,
• No military service obligation for male candidates.

Roles and Responsibilities

• To design, plan and implement electromechanical & backbone infrastructure and management systems (DCIM, BMS, PMS etc) of new and existing data center projects according to Data Center Regulations (Uptime Institute, TIA, BICSI etc) and Turkcell requirements,
• To define and update specifications, criterias and basics of the data centers,
• Project management on the new and existing data centers projects according to the time, budget and quality purpose ( monitor, track and report progress of project plans),
• To contribute the feasibilities of the data center projects via defining technical requirements, Capex and Opex budget forecasting etc.,
• To define, manage and track the installation and site deployment process at data centers,
• Capacity planning on power, cooling and cabling infrastructure, 
• To generate and organize the new and existing layout of white spaces,
• To generate  and prepare the technical requirements and documents for bidding process,
• To coordinate and communicate with CIT, NT, Construction Teams and other internal/external stakeholders and customers,
• To manage the test commissioning and start-up process of the data centers,
• Tracking new technologies and best practices at data centers in the world, 
• To achieve tests and PoC for infrastructure equipment and new technologies,
• Assessments for the risk & gap analysis at the existing data centers,
• To implement assessment deliverables to mitigate the site risks, 
• To find out and apply the energy efficiency initiatives.
